We offer two options:

Option 1: Outcome Buckets - Invest in hours guaranteed to achieve agreed-upon outcomes.

Option 2: General - Invest in hours able to be used by anyone you select, at any time. 

All hours expire within 1 year unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once purchased, you'll be granted access to your coaching portal where you will:

1. Schedule sessions one by one or at a cadence you specify (weekly, monthly, etc)
2. Upload any assets you'd like to share (Calls, documents, videos, pwpt, etc.) or view assets we've shared with you
3. Take and review notes - within the platform you will find an area to take your notes as well as share public notes to and from your coach
4. Review all sessions in one place

If, for ANY reason, you feel we didn't bring our focus, attention, and magic powers to your session, we will refund you the value of that session or credit you a free one. 

We believe this is the best way to show our commitment to your goals.

We could write a novel on this, and we might, but here is the TLDR:

1:1 coaching is the fastest and most effective way to produce in-field results quickly. We can focus on your style, your strengths, and your areas of opportunity. This is great for individuals, teams, or companies needing multiple areas of growth.

Group sessions are wonderful for teams or individuals to work on areas they all require development. 

Many of our customers leverage a mix of both to ensure the right environments are created for long-term skill and aptitude growth.

These are our favorite for a few reasons:

1. You can have many learners on multiple growth journeys simultaneously which is great for career laddering, bench building, and sped-up growth

2. You look great. People want to be somewhere that offers them the ability to earn and LEARN on their schedule, at their pace.

3. When you have talent or strategy questions, we will know your teams so well that we can help aid in those hard decisions to ensure you make the right calls
